Worst experience with Chase – its almost three month I am visiting this branch to setup ACH but unfortunately no one knows what to do – but they did not stop charging my account for monthly fee. Be careful

Just got off the phone with Rosanna. She solved my issue quickly and with kindness! She basically did twice as much as I asked for! What a blessing to have this kind of customer service during these trying times!

Another positive experience to report with Teller Jackie. I had a pressing issue and she was calm, creative and thinking “outside of the box” to help me. Her Manager Jorge was also pleasant and respectful!

I’ve been banking with the same establishment now who I will not name the company in this review out of respect, but they just not let me feel how I thought I should after banking with them for 15 years. I stopped by the bank branch to look hopefully be able to look over having company bank account options, and within a few minutes I was very happy that I did. If you are here ask for Carlos or Jorge. These two made everything so seamless. Just from this experience alone I told five people in my contact list/phone of how great I was treated and how easy everything is. You will see Jorge most likely assisting clients at the front door or Carlos in the glass office to the left. They will take care of you like family!! Highly recommended!

Ana is terrific. Always greets me with a big smile and a pleasant attitude. She is very attentive to my needs and very professional. Really knows her stuff.
