Dr. Richard Marques, DO

who ever is the lady that answers the phone (with the accent) needs to be fired!!! she is unprofessional, lazy, and does not want to do her job.. I called last Thursday for an appoint meant for myself and my spouse as we were going to be new patients! she asked all our info then tells me that she is going to call me back tomorrow ** never got any call back** I decided to wait until Monday and call them back, she can’t even tell me when the doctor can even be able to give us an appointment? because she wants mew to call my insurance to assign dr marques how I can I assign a dr, and not even know how long of a wait it will be before we see him? I asked her a simple question and she has a bad problem, unfortunately we will not be seeing dr marques because of her and we where recommended by family I will find another primary dr, I hope the dr sees this and and fires her.

Been going here for about 15+ years. Dr Marques is super friendly. He has a great bedside manner, and cares about his patients. He’s always willing to have a dialogue and give you an honest opinion. Only down side is you have to go in. The office won’t call in refills for regular things no matter what it is, you always have to go in. Even when your pharmacy calls them, you have to go in… So as long as you stay organized and ahead of stuff like that, you’re golden.

I have been a patient of Dr Marques for several years…. even when I lived in Boynton Beach and now Delray Beach. This practice is truly interested in all
of the health of its patients. Checking up on eye exams, mammograms and such. We are sent reminder phone calls and asked to update our info annually, as well as undergo all tests to ensure that we are at our max and best health. Everyone in this office is caring, professional and buttoned up.

Recently my wife had her purse stolen and her Xanax with it
she called doctors office to try to get more xanax and they said they needed a police report
she brought the police report and they said she needed to make an appointment the following day and pay $25
she did that and gave them a check they wouldn’t accept the check !!
And they said that she signed a paper saying that if she lost the xanax they could not replace it she told them that she didn’t lose the pills it was stolen they didn’t understand that part of the English language.
I was impressed by the doctor when I went to see him 2 weeks ago and I am so turned off by the staff that we will never see that doctor again.. They finally gave her her records and didn’t give the complete records until I went to the office with a police officer standing by…
I swear to God I hope that the girls in that office don’t procreate because any or their kids are gonna pass on their traits.

I have been a patient with Dr. Marques for about 15 yrs now.

He is a great doctor who listens. I have MS and am pretty educated about it. We have tried any protocol I have asked him about, and he is more than willing to listen to me.

I feel like we have become friends over the years, and I care deeply for him and his staff
