Boca Family Practice

I gave 1 because a can’t gave them 0 or – , I did a lab test and had a horrible scar with the band Id, then i wait 3 weeks to get my results, I called 2 weeks after my test and the just told me the doesn’t have it in the system, but the person told me I’LL CALL YOU BACK( never called me) I called a week after and they told me Was 3 weeks ago right let us call the lab ( really 3 weeks later when I was calling all weeks?) , after that the just sent me the results to my email.. BUT IM NOT A LAB WORKER , the never told my of was ok, or if is something wrong . NOTHING!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE…

Okay so Dr Murry is by far one of the coolest doctors, front office staff changes a lot The PA and MA are pretty good people I just wish they can find somebody in the front that stays and is happy.

I am very thankful for May, the Boca Family Practice physician assistant, who went above and behind her duties to get authorization and referral from Florida Blue Insurance Co. in order for me to see Dr. Byron Lam at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami. May is very supportive and displays a lot of caring and concern about her patients. I am very happy to be seeing by Boca Family Practice and I would recommend this family friendly staff and doctors to everyone. They deserve a five stars+

I have been going to this office for the past year and I really love it. The staff is good and responsive. The wait time hasn’t been long and the doctor is always detailed on explaining everything. I will definitely keep going to this office.

Worst office. Just like other reviews, if it wasn’t for Dr. Murray who I like i would give no stars. Wait times are horrendous for no season. Front office staff can care less about patients. No professionalism. I have left four voicemails waiting to get a call back and still waiting- two weeks now. How they remain in business i don’t know.
