The audiologists in the office. Were Informative and attentive. Dr Houle himself was impatient and rude. I waited 45 min to be seen. He spent with me about 60 to 90 seconds. Accused me angrily of not listening when according to him I asked a question twice. ( I did not. He was the one not listening). He sees an elderly population of patients almost exclusively Medicare. Needs more patience and better manners. Not going back.

Overbooked. Doesn’t spend enough time with you. Had to call myself to get test results four days after test results came from hospital. Say they will call in scripts to pharmacy but never do. Even when I call to remind them, they don’t return my calls or call the pharmacy.
Incompetence. I’ll find someone else.

Dr.Houle’s office was able to get my husband in quickly. Dr.Houle was knowlegable, caring and skilled. His staff also was very good. I’m glad we found someone to help with my husbands ongoing sinus issues. Thank you.

Best Doctor I have seen in USA.!
Knowledgeable and genuinely interested in the Patient plus a compassionate manner which is hard to find in a doctor’s office !
His staff are also very warm and helpful and seem happy in their work environment .
