Dr. Valdes is amazing! However, the billing department for her practice is awful, I would rate it a Zero which is why I have given 3 stars. Our Dad died in February 2020 and we continue to get phone calls and bills that have been PAID. I have tried everything to get this fixed as it is so painful for our Family. I have called 10 times, emailed 4 times since October 2019. I am just making everyone aware that this can happen to you too. I have asked on multiple occasions for the Supervisor of the Billing Department to call me. No one has yet to call me. They only call to ask why the bill hasn’t been paid when I have the EOB and they have been paid. This is a terrible way to treat your patients and Family. Hoping Dr. Valdes will see this and help make it right!

I am so incredibly grateful for Dr. Valdes.
My boyfriend had been experiencing complex migraines that presented as a stroke. Her and her team made sure he was first up to see her the following day after leaving the ER. THEY even contacted us after hours to let us know they would hold a spot for us the following day. Dr Valdes is extremely knowledgeable. She took her time to educate us while taking a holistic approach and addressing the multiple factors that can contribute to migraines.
We are so thankful for her . If you’re in search of a neurologist , we highly recommend her !

Dr. Valdes is simply amazing. She’s incredibly competent and professional. She won’t rush you at all. She’s helping my dad with some age-related issues and she even called him at 7pm at night to encourage him to try a new treatment option. She really goes above and beyond. She is patient-centered, smart, caring and compassionate. My dad is a retired anesthesiologist who has worked with hundreds of doctors in the past and he is very impressed with her. That says it all. Thank you, Dr. Valdes.

She is high spirit, knowledgeable, she listens to you. You won’t feel rushed through your appointment like most doctors… and she thoroughly explains to you why she is prescribing you that medication. My first experience was awesome. I recommended her to my mother. I wish she was my doctor from day one.
