Paul installed an outside outlet on my house a few years ago, which has mysteriously gone bad several times. He has come out to replace it each time and I think he finally figured out a solution. I am very grateful for his tenacity and the company’s commitment to amazing service. They are always great at communicating, on time, and efficient. I highly recommend Pearson Electrical and will use them gain.

I hired Pearson Electrical for multiple projects for my school over the past few years. I find their service department to be knowledgeable, friendly, and above all available. I of course only call when I have an issue and the electrician makes it a point to come out as quickly as he can and do what he can on every call. I find their work to be well executed and even though I know they must be busy with other clients, they never make me feel that way. I will be using them. Top notch service!!

I was very pleased in my experience with Pearson Electrical. They answered my call late afternoon on Monday, explained their diagnostics fee, and set up an appointment for Wednesday. The technician was on time, courteous, professional, and made sure to explain what he was doing and why throughout the visit. He was able to resolve the issue with our lights and even explained what I would need to do if our garage light showed similar issues. I would highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of having my technician. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the outlets I wanted to put in my garage. We put in 3 new boxes and had him check out a couple problems with some exterior outlets and he offered a great price and got the work done in the same day.
