Kimberly’s Flowers of Boca Raton

This florist is a joke. They have disclaimers on their website that they may substitute the flowers in the baskets they show and the baskets may not look like the ones advertised. Then why show the baskets in the first place. And of course they won’t look the same they have no inventory. Called on a Saturday for a Sunday funeral. Only 6 yellow roses left. No red roses till Monday and no daisies. Are you kidding. Will never use or recommend this florist

Horrible!!! Doesn’t look like the picture. I paid for extra roses and a bigger base and they sent me the same base And an ugly cheap bow. It doesn’t look fancy and elegant as the pictures from their website

I don’t live in Boca anymore but have family there, including my mother and my mother in law. I used Kimberly’s Flowers for the first time on Mother’s Day for both of them. The arrangements were beautiful. When something needed to be changed or substituted they called me to make sure I approved. Yesterday was my Mother in laws birthday. I wanted to send her a beautiful arrangement and I wanted to make sure it was there early so I ordered from Kimberly. They sent me a picture in an email of the arrangement and called me when it was delivered. It was once again absolutely gorgeous. I will continue to use them as our florist in Boca. I highly recommend them.
