I was skeptical at first did not know what to expect however i am glad I signed up and pushed my self to go the coaches are very knowledgeable and patient they push you to the limit and they also remember your name as if they known you forever I’d recommend even if you never worked out a day in your life they accommodate all fitness levels.

I LOVE BRANDON. I wish i could go to this gym every day but since i moved it has been tougher to drive. Cant say enough about Brandon he really makes you feel like family. I hope to go back soon I’ve been slacking. HIGHLY RECOMMEND best shape in my life after having a baby with him.

Was there for yoga session, cool place, nice and clean.

Robyn leads an OMazing Yin Yoga Class on Thursday Nights at GFA! I highly recommend taking her class whenever you are in need of a good stretching session!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this gym. I have never had such a great workout in my life and I have been training for 20 years. If you want amazing results this is the place for you. Brandon never disappoints he is an inspiration in all aspects from the beginning to the end of your workout..
