Publix Pharmacy at Garden Shops at Boca

Had my prescriptions sent to this location and the teleservice called me right away that I was in the system and would notify me by phone as soon as my order was available for pickup. They even held my order for several days. That was really awesome as I couldn’t get there right away.

Pharmacists and assistants are alway friendly and thorough. Very professional. I still can’t figure out how Publix dispenses zillions of scripts to people for $2/30/60 days. That has to cost them a lot of money. I know that it can be written off as advertising or whatever, but that’s not the point. It’s an amazing service to the community.

I was in Philly in ShopRite last year and asked the pharmacist on duty there whether or not they have a similar program. She looked at me like I was crazy. “$2 prescriptions….?”, she asked….”no such thing.”

They help at the pharmacy does not really try to please their customers I have been told on more than one occasion my prescription was not covered when actually all it needed was a prerequisite form. And they are very rude there are enough other pharmacies that I don’t need to take my business there

Had a runaround with this pharmacy. Found out from my doctor that the pharmacist should have called the doctor to verify the dosage, and instead they just didn’t fill the prescription and didn’t order it either. Will not be returning to this location.

Worst pharmacy I have come across from most Publixs I know in Boca. The rudest pharmacists work here! God forbid you ask a question as they hate those. Rushing people in and out and not really caring about the client. Save yourself some time and avoid this pharmacy.
