While on vacation my mother in law took a fall and hurt her wrist. Not really wanting to deal with ER our relative who uses this group made a phone call and they fit us in the same day. Everyone was courteous, professional and friendly . Our Dr. was excellent . We hope not to have to visit Dr.s on vacation but if we had to this was a wonderful experience with this group.

Very nice staff. The Drs are very friendly. They call patient back very quick theres no time waiting. I extremely recommended to.anybody. if you call for an appointment they get you in very quick…. very happy with the.attention.

Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. Dr Holzworth is the best! She’s thorough and very understanding.
I’ve never had to wait long either. I highly recommend this group.

Dr. William Munoz was very knowledgeable and clearly explained in great detail the scope of my shoulder injury, while exhibiting a friendly demeanor and patiently answering any questions that I had,. He then right away referred me over to a shoulder specialist, who immediately contacted me to set up for surgery. The staff at BROG was also very friendly and processed my paperwork as a first time patient in a timely manner, where I was seen by Dr. Munoz within 5 minutes after that. I very highly recommend this medical facility.

Overall, one of the better doctor’s offices in the area. Spacious waiting area with coffee. Doctors are friendly and give good advice with thorough evaluations. However, the front-desk and checkout staff could be friendlier. They are the first and last point of contact with patients, so they set the experience.
