We have an online business forms website. We sell irrevocalbe egoods business form templates. Marian Feldman, from A1 Teddy Feldman Plumbing placed and order with us for a Plumbing Bid-Proposal form template on 7/24/18 and soon placed chargeback on the oder without even notifying us or giving us any explanation why she was doing this to us, not only did we loose the $45 sale, but now we are charged another $25 for the chargeback fee. Chargebacks hurt everyone, vendors because of lost/stolen royalties from their work; Ms. Marian Feldman, if you were not happy with your software purchase, you could have contacted us and explained the issue with us, we could have helped, we do have a help and support forum which is available to assist our customer’s with their forms, but you just decided to purchase and then place a chargeback on the order and keep the software. Your business dealings are not very business-like.

On time excellent job. Better than any company called and price accordingly.

terrible service they screwed up our plumbing in our new house master bath said it was guaranteed but then when something broke 3 days later they wouldn’t answer or return any phone calls. When I called out another plumber I found they showed me the hack job that was done. Don’t ever use these people!!!!
