I had a great experience in my 14-Hour CE Real Estate class. My instructor was knowledgeable and provided Excellent feedback about Real Estate with Ethics and Core Law situations! Everyone in class participated and shared there knowledge and experience.

I just completed the Gold Coast School 63 hour real estate course. I found the course to be intense but not overwhelming. The instructors are very thorough and reviewed on the final days to prep you. Not only do they review for the Gold Coast test but they review for the board. The energy of the course was great. You meet other like-minded people to potentially even study with. I’ve met a core group of five people that I plan to study with for the boards. I truly enjoyed the instructor the teachers Gaspare . His experience was over 15 years in the field. A must go .

Took the 63-hour Real Estate Sales Associate class with Gaspare! Cannot recommend this school and instructor enough! Gaspare made the material fun and easy to learn. He used real world examples that helped us not only remember the material for the test, but also helped prepare us to be great real estate agents. Request him if you can! I will definitely be taking my continuing education with him, he is AWESOME! Thanks Gold Coast!

Just passed the exam and feeling super confident to pass the state exam to get my real estate license! Gaspare is a great teacher and is really knowledgeable about the real estate industry. He made it very easy to learn the material. I will be requesting him as a teacher for the post license course!

I was fortunate enough to have Laura Higgins as my instructor. she taught our class in a way that made us understand the rules, laws and details of the course. Laura went over many topics repeatedly to make sure the whole class understood all the details.. I feel very lucky!!!
