This company not only stole the name from another reputable moving company that is rated and accredited with the Better Business Bureau, but it is also unprofessional and not afraid of the word barbarian entity. They damaged my antique and expensive furniture so severely. Every time I look at those used to be beautiful pieces, I can’t believe how is it possible to damage the furniture to this extend? Additionally, they give very low quotes over the phone to attract customers; then almost triple the price. And if you are not able to pay, they will hijack your staff. DO NOT CALL THEM.

Originally, we were very happy with this company. The crew that moved us out of our townhouse in June was excellent, and the crew that moved our furniture out of storage on Oct. 31 was excellent as well. So, if you’re just moving, no issues.

Storage was another issue. We had our stuff in storage for 3 months. Their rates were satisfactory.

However, when my furniture was delivered, the BBQ was broken, several pieces of furniture were broken and/or damaged, and we were missing a 7 foot aluminum ladder and large garden clippers. I was told to document all these things on the receipt, as well as to send emails of photos. I was told 60 days to process claim.

I waited till beginning of December to follow up. I called and emailed. I called 2 more times. When I called today, I was berated and yelled at by the manager, who said that since I was annoying them so much (he claimed I berated the operator..which is not true), he said that he is going to DENY the claim. He also said that we didn’t take out insurance. No one told us we should have additional insurance, over and above what the contract stated.

We’ve been renovating our house and still have boxes unpacked. Just today, I wanted to use my antique Singer sewing machine and notice that the matching bench was no where in my house. Can no longer use the machine since the parts in the bench need to be used to operate it. I am heartbroken since this was my mother’s sewing machine and it is now unusable.

Go elsewhere if you need to put your furniture in storage. They are not trustworthy.

Great moving company and great experience. I have used them twice now. They have a local location up in Jupiter and I moved them once up there and now once down here in Boca. They are friendly, affordable and professional. The also provided proof of their license and insurance that my building required. I highly recommend white knight movers for your local move.
