The Fresh Market

I would have given 5 stars if they had everything on my shopping list. While they are a little pricey, you can fing a fabulous selection of gourmet foods. It is always a treat to shop for fresh produce,meats cheese, prepared foods and all the condiments you could ever need or want

It is perhaps more expensive then other markets (though they do run specials) but you can find unique items that aren’t necessarily carried at other grocery stores. The food is fresh and the store is clean. This is a new(ish) location and the store is spacious and well stocked. Ample parking is available.

Clean and in a prime location. If you are a Vegan or are shopping for one be advised the selection is very slim. The Deli food looks amazing, but their “Snack Packs” and “Bistro Packs” are limited as well and do jot come with what is listed in the menu. For the price that you are paying the service or outcome is not all that fantastic. 3 starts max for my last two experiences here is pretty generous.

The manager Dave never ceases to amaze me. I ask for something that they might be out of, he finds it for me. I asked him to order a certain type of product from Brooklyn bread, he ordered it for me. I mentioned that the radishes were getting too much water and they were splitting and we wouldn’t buy them, he lowered them down to a lower shelf where they are kept fresher and not splitting. The other supermarkets that we used to go to, you would ask the manager for something and he would look at you like a deer in the headlights and never come through.
My wife and I are there almost every day. We buy sushi from Min. It’s better than most “sushi restaurants” around here. All the shelves are always so neat and in order. Products are displayed beautifully. So many people complain about everything, but we are so fortunate to have this Fresh Market within a 10 minute drive from home I want you to know you’re appreciated.

How about a Kroger down here? Harris teeter? Something a little less overpriced and and more friendly?
