Swarovski

I came in and had a crystal piece from a few years ago that I got for my mom for her birthday. The girls there named Maria and Jerrica helped me in the process of sending it to the repair center and were also so nice that I ended up buying a new crystal piece for my mom and aunt and they love the aesthetics to their crystal cabinet. As a fashion and product design student, I love the quality and intricate details Swarovski provides with their products. The way that quality shines thru the product to their customer service is immaculate, helpful and very understanding of my situation. I would be definitely coming back to the boca Raton mall Swarovski from where I live which is very far but the experience was worth it. The store setup and how everything laid out is highly organized as well as the employee service.

Horrible customer service by the employees, they do not know how to handle situations and are extremely rude. Tried to return a bracelet that was worn twice and the charms both fell off each time. Due to covid and not benign at the mall the pst year we finally wen to return/exchange to which they said because the new year began we do not get 60 days to return it’s only 14 days after a new year starts. This was a holiday gift so we did not get the 60 days which we were unaware of this policy and it was not told to my husband at purchase. We spoke with two women saying how poor quality this bracelet was and unable to wear it due to worrying the charms are falling off each time. I was home when this happened so after searching on the floor and all over the house I found both times. The women who was so rude was Maria and we did not get the other women’s name but one was the assistant manager. They said maybe we can try the outlet store for Swarovski in WPB because they said it was an item from the Outlet meanwhile my husband purchased it at the Boca Mall store and the receipt which we brought has the Boca Mall Listed. We brought all boxes and tags and receipt and still they would not help or do a thing. Horrible customer service. They could care less the bracelet was poor quality and would not even do a store credit or exchange for something else, last time he will purchase from Swarovski. Never seen so many bad reviews on customer service but now I see why. These women had horrible people skills and did not handle the situation as other stores would of we have shopped at.

I went to return an item and there was stamped in big red letters FINAL SALE. No mention of a final sale before the purchase .It was very deceiving they this was handled ALL to mske6a sale. Not very nice.

I could spend all day in this place! Such a great selection of decor and gifts and jewelry. I love it! They have something for everyone. Swarovski crystals shine beautifully in the light and the store is obviously perfectly lit. Perfect location near a staple store so parking is easy and it’s easy to find, you can’t miss it!

Had a great experience in the store. The two associates lollyn and Maria were so wonderful to deal with and helpful. That’s my favorite store.
