The rudest people ever! Used to be a fun place to shop. My daughter and two grandchildren are the only people in the store except for the 3 workers and we’re buying! Store management should take a look at who they’re putting in their stores during this difficult time!

Purchased several dresses. Went back the next day to exchange one of the dresses and I had the receipt but left the tickets at home. I was told by the manager she would not accept the exchange.
Disappointed in the customer service concerning the exchange.

I went in with my daughter and there were about 5 employees there and not one of them said hello or asked if we needed any help. I shop the Lilly store in Palm Beach Gardens and they are always very friendly. I decided not to buy anything there and take my business to another store.

Pretty clothes and friendly and helpful associates. They have given me my space when I want it (sometimes I am just browsing), and they are more than helpful and accommodating if I ask them for something…Therefore, I am always surprised when women on these reviews complain about associates…because it seems that you never win: while some customers like their space, and want to only ask for help IF they need it (like me), it seems that others want help and to be followed the entire time they are there?? I read these reviews sometimes and wonder why some people feel the need to be so critical of sales associates, and I wonder if they really know what they want, or are they just hating on others for no reason?

Found the cutest bikini for my mom here for Mother’s Day. It fit great and she loved it! The staff was super helpful with sizing. I Def recommend it!
