Words cannot express how Dr. Xu made me a believe the acupuncture is good for the human body. I was referred to Dr. Xu by my friend in which she loves her as well. I live in California and Dr. Xu energy was spot on and that I would even fly back to see her. I went to back to back days while I was in town and I believe Dr. Xu will help me achieve my dream in getting pregnant.

I was referred by a personal acquaintance who actually works there. She was totally on point… Dr. Nicole was awesome and knowledgable. I have had 3 different acupuncturists in the past elsewhere for my chronic condition. Two providers were very poor and one provider was wonderful, like Dr. Nicole. When I started I could barely walk and was in so much pain that no narcotics, massage or alcohol would decrease the severe debilitating pain. It’s been two months and I feel less pain, stiffness and more stable After visiting with Dr. Nicole Lotterman. My insurance does not cover any of the treatments or the herbal supplements but being in so much pain when I first became a patient, was well worth every penny. Thank you Dr. Nicole and your wonderful staff for making me feel better.

I started Chemo and was looking for help to relieve all the side effects from it, my doctor suggested Accupuncture, I was not sure it would work at first, then I decided to try…since the first session I noticed the benefits, Dr Winnie and Dr Nicole are amazing, very professional, helpful and compassionates, always giving me advice on what to eat, supplements to take, and so far, I am always looking forward to my appointments! Glad I came.

Doctor Xu, the owner of this “clinic “ is very unprofessional. She places an ad at Indeed, I responded to the ad, she offered the position for MT, initially I could not give her the days she was asking and her secretary told if in the future I had openings to contact them; not too long after that Arlene her front desk assistant calls me back to ask what days I could work for them. I agreed to one day a week to see if I would be busy. After 4 weeks working for doctor Xu, I found out she hired someone else, and the schedule was very poor. I spoke to her personally and she asked me to stay a few more weeks, I agreed. Last time I heard from her office it was a text message from Arlene saying that there was no more schedule for me. In conclusion, not even the courtesy and professionalism of meeting me or give me a call. Just a text message. The way you treat your staff it shows how you care about your clients. All I got was “ you can get your check or if you want I can email to you “ ( a 30 minutes massage check) two weeks of work!

The amount of love and healing that happens at Perfect Union of Body & Mind is amazing. I have been a patient for about 2 years and I feel better than I have felt in YEARS! Thank you Dr. Xu and everyone else who works there for making such a beautiful impact on my life!
