The best pool hands down. Also love the walkways and fountain. My back i you had fountain view. Spent a year there. Incredible facility and experience.

Absolutely great community. Staff is extremely friendly and always available when you need them. Cori, Jaclyn and Hailey are the best and the maintenance staff is great as well. I definitely recommend living here!

I fell in love with the property before even seeing it. I was initially working with Hailey who is AWESOME, friendly, dedicated and super sweet. She was on vacation so Erica gave me a half guided tour. She was not very personable or friendly. I did not feel welcomed at all. I provided her with all the documents she requested for my application and told her I would be in touch with her the next day. As promised, I called and she was unavailable. It’s a holiday weekend and I’m sure they were busy. However, I requested a call back, but never received one. Very unprofessional in my opinion!

Great location, cute complex, apartment itself was nice and cozy, pretty ambiance, pristine landscaping and well maintained grounds, and safe area, but the leasing staffs customer service and elegance fell way below the level of professionalism I expected from such a luxurious property. I will continue my search. First impressions do matter.

The experience securing the place was awesome. Hailey was outstanding and rest of the team was extremely accommodating. Looking forward to the living experience.

I have been at Cortland almost 2 months and so far so great! The Leasing office is always available to assist on any minor issue you may have and never rush you out. Props to Cori, Jaclyn, Hailey, Erica, Melvis! The maintenance crew is also top notch. I would highly recommend Cortland!
