I live here for 5 months and I believed at first it was a good choice. But I am very disappointed. The appliances are old and break all the time, maintenance only replaces them with another used from another apartment. I find cockroaches every day in my kitchen on top of the counters where I cook. They’ve done pest control 3 times but it didn’t work because the cockroaches come from the drains under the sink, which I have been asking to fix without success.

Horrible customer service , they are only good to you when you’re about to sign a lease. Amenities are old Appliances are very old! AC unit is horrible costs extra money a month due to old building! No customer loyalty and empathy ! I usually never write reviews but I’m so hurt and bothered with lack of care in this building. There is only one friendly person in the building ! We have sewage flooded for three days that’s safety and health hazard there is nothing they did to take care of it! Im a second time renter I pay my rent on time and this one time I was so caught up because of the flood issue and they charged me a late fee and it’s the first I’m late! It’s difficult times and panademic time and they don’t care! Don’t live there it’s a trap! Dan is great but doesn’t have as much as authorities as Pam. Pam is just the worst person to deal with (unless you’re renting she pretends to be nice) she belittles you !ITS A TRAP!

The worst person to ever be in contact with is Pam the management team with Camino. She has been nothing but difficult and not understanding. The house has flooded with dirty water several times causing us stress and exposure to us with health issues and diseases. Not only does she give us the worst attitude but she also manages to make us feel belittled and not heard. She refused to give my family a one time courtesy of late fee removal due to the she does not want the hassle to do it. Even though she knows the reason we were late was regarding the constant flooding of the toilette in a one – one apartment. Do not rent from her ever she is the worst !!!!

If you’re new to the area or need a place to live in Boca Raton. I warn you, do not move in to this dump. Management is extremely rude. Management does not care if you can make rent or not during this Pandemic. They clearly told me if I could not make my monthly rent due to COVID-19 and being laid off by my job, they would charge me late fees and have them reoccurring. Real nice right? Good customer service too? Yeah right.

Cockroaches infested in the halls, elevators and rooms. The apartment, I lived in was not cleaned prior to moving in.

Maintenance does a complete hack job on their fixes.

Best of luck to you if you choose to ignore these reviews and still move in.

I’m surprised that the reviews aren’t better. I moved-in in March and it’s been a great experience. I’m a total pain to deal with, but everyone has been nice. Blake looks over the place and he’s fantastic. Parking was a huge factor in my apartment search so I was hesitant to take the place. You essentially get a reserved spot (1 per apartment as far as I know) from 6PM – 8AM Monday through Friday. Outside those hours anyone can park in “your” spot. On the weekends, you can park in any spot in the whole garage (including the bank spots). Maintenance is great. I put in a request for them to fix something and it’s done the next day. Rent is fair. Residents are nice – nice mix of different ages. I’m happy with my decision.
