If you like being harassed by management / Phillipa this is the place to move. Over the past year the building has become gross, nothing is up kept or fixed due to covid. Using covid as an excuse for over a year is no longer valid.

If your looking for dirty carpets, lazy management and unfriendly people this is the place for you. Sorry The covid excuse is lame! Been waiting for the wifi to be fixed in the gym for a year and half and counting!! Oh but the location is great 🙂

Management is great. They are courteous and responsive.
Maintenance is top team. Franklin and Jacob are nice and professional and always friendly in the hallways. They do great work and highly respectful of interiors of apartments. And the cleaning ladies are sweet and always cleaning and polishing the building.

Absolutely the most horrific management company ever. Lived in many rental properties and this property is maintained the worst. I wish I could fire all staff and rehire competent people who know how to manage a building. Building going downhill fast.

I have only been a tenant here for 3 months, management is terrible! If you have any issues that need resolved it takes weeks…. or realistically don’t plan on getting anything resolved. They have a huge marijuana and cigarette smoking issue in units and they send emails but it seems no other action is taken. I have complained 5 times about a woman 2 doors down from me smoking and it seems like all they do is send her a letter and no other action is taken. I have asked to move units due to the smoke and a noisy neighbor and all they ever tell me is… “ok we will work on that and call in a couple days, we want to work with you” then nothing is done and they need more time. Accounting is poor… I asked to rent a storage unit, I paid for it and come to find out it was already rented out. It has taken 2 months for them to figure out the math on what they own me for a credit It was a $100 renting fee so this issue shouldn’t be too complicated for math purposes. Going Into June my rest is still incorrectly calculated from this $100 storage until credit. So make sure you calculate your own rent each month to make sure you are paying what is stated in your lease cause you may be paying an incorrect amount. Rent here is high because of the beautiful amenities and units. If all you care about is looks then this place will work for you… if we you care about not being around smoking, want to know your rent amount, and want a management team that works for you this is definitely not the place to live!
