I love the community! The neighbors are really nice, the maintenance team respond very quickly, and the office staff are always friendly especially Kristle who helped us during our move to Avalia.

I just moved in with my family and I would like to say how great Leon Brown and the staff members are with welcoming us to Avalia. Mr. Brown was both professional and courteous in presenting the Avalia community to us. He was also one of the reasons I chose to live in the Avalia community. Thank you for our new beautiful home.

My husband and I have resided in this community for 8 years when it was previously Gables . Bozzuto has proven to be aesthetically pleasing but still needs to work out a few inks . The maintenance team Carlos , Russel, and Mike are wonderful and have always been professional , kind and courteous to me . The property is managed by Sophia who is also very polite and professional and has always been attentive to my needs. Front desk reception seems to be consistently rotating . In the past when I have called I have never gone to voicemail , Christine would always answer or someone from front desk personnel as of lately calls are going to voicemail . We have confidently renewed our lease for another year . I’m always assured my maintenance requests are handled efficiently with Mike and Russel on the job .

After being a resident for several years I can sincerely give maintenance 5 stars. Michael is the best! Not only does he get the job done , he brings a happy positive attitude. Thank you Michael for giving us residents peace of mind !

My wife and I moved recently from NJ to the Avalia. Shanice and Lion were beyond helpful in finding us the perfect home in the community. The process of getting us acclimated to our new home was so smooth all duo to their help throughout the process. They helped us with things that most management companies would never consider helping doing. Thank you Lion and Shanice We really appreciate all your help ❤️
