Reflections of Boca Del Mar

Excellent community ! Management is simply the best! Overall, I’ve been here 2 years and I enjoy it ! Paola help me with everything I need, the list goes on and on, but basically it is a pleasure to live at REFLECTIONS and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful upscale rental apartment in Boca.

We are residents for over 1 year and we really like here but for the last few mos we have had an issue with our dryer. There is water in our dryer. Not only is this most importantly a hazard to our safety with possibly getting electrocuted but, since the clothes don’t dry the first time around we have to run the dryer at least twice for our clothes to get dry and our electric bill has increased. The maintenance workers( great people), they have been out to try and fix several times and it still has not been fixed. It is really starting to get frustrating because we really do like it here and we just want a working dryer. We have called and the only people who really seem to want to get this issue fixed for us have been Paola and the property manager. The other people we have spoken with at the office have been rude and we have had to call to make sure people were coming to fix and a few times people never even came. We are not ones to complain but, its really frustrating considering we just re signed for another year. We pay almost 1700 per month to rent here and this is just unacceptable that the dryer still has water in it. The last person to come was on friday and he told us that he checked everything and has no idea where the water is coming from and he appeared to be very competent. WE JUST WANT A WORKING DRYER.

Time was dwindling down for us to find an apartment especially through the pandemic; good customer service at rental offices seemed to be extremely elusive.

Then Paola changed the game with her transparency, professionalism, and comforting demeanor. After bad experiences with rental offices I stopped by on a whim…sort of a last resort and completely fell in love with Reflections and the Staff.

I am looking forward to moving into a BEAUTIFUL unit in less than a week! Paola kept the process super easy!

5 stars! I really enjoyed my time at Reflections and felt very safe here. My 1 bedroom apartment was affordable, quiet, and the perfect size for me – exactly what I wanted. The grounds are well-maintained and both the staff and residents are very friendly! My only complaint is that I wish you could pay rent online, which I’ve heard they’re working on in the future. Go check this place out! Thank you Diana and Paola for all that you do, I’ll miss popping into the office to say hi!

I stayed here since I moved to FL for almost 4 yrs, competitive rent, nice and safe community. Diana is very helpful with any questions I have. Not sure for others, but the most of work orders I placed are quickly resolved. I had to move out a few weeks ago because of my work relocation, did a thorough cleaning for the apt and got my FULL refund. Good management and friendly staff. I’ll for sure miss this place.
