Boca Arbor

My boyfriend and I only moved in a few weeks ago, but I have to say we’re really happy so far. The staff, especially Kurt and Jacqueline have been a pleasure to work with. Our upgraded apartment is beautiful. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance calls are handled quickly. This is definitely a family and big dog friendly community. Only complaint we have is our downstairs neighbor is chain smoker, so there’s a constant cigarette stench lingering by our front door. Unfortunately, you cant choose your neighbor’s. Overall, very happy so far.

The situation with our neighbor below us has only gotten worse. The cigarettes stench now lingers into our apartment even with all the doors and windows shut. There’s no escape from it. We’ve tried speaking with management multiple times and their “solutions” are laughable. Even one of our other neighbors went to management about a completely different issue and nothing was done about it. They’re wonderful in helping with anything maintenance related, but if you have any real issues going on with neighbors etc, good luck getting help from management. They just want their apartments taken care of and their money every month, they don’t care about your overall well being.

Beautiful property including gorgeous swimming pool, two tennis courts even a place to vacuum and wash your car! walking trail that goes on and on. amazing customer service- questions and emails are answered promptly and efficiently. Maintenance people are absolutely amazing arrive promptly and will fix any tiny thing with a smile. apartments are filled with brand-name amenities it’s absolutely amazing what they can cram into such a small amount of square feet tons of storage even a washer and dryer I moved here 1300 miles did the entire transaction through emails and telephone calls and I just couldn’t be happier with my choice.

Love it here staff is wonderful. My only complaint is we need more get together to learn about our neighbors. Grounds are beautiful. Well run place.

I lived here for almost two years and half when i was pursuing my M.A. The place is friendly, quiet, and clean. Workers are so friendly and usually ready to help and assist you with any need. Amenities, such as pool, GYM, an area to clean and vacuum the car, and tennis court are very well. Also, it is a gated access which i liked to. Everything is around within 5 minutes or less. if i go back, i would never hesitate to lease one again.

My husband and I have been living here for 2 months and we are completely in love with our apartment. The apartment is beautiful, well finished and painted and the view is wonderful, very private. It is a gated community with swimming pool, tennis court, gym, walking trail and an incredible lake. Safe, quiet and clean neighborhood, very well maintained. Maintenance is extremely fast and effective, fixing it your apartment issue in a few hours. The leasing Office is amazing, attentive and helpful. Specially Kurt, who helped us since the beginning, making sure everything would be perfect for our move in day.
It’s been a good experience to live in a community where the management cares about the resident and is always looking for ways to improve, making you feel that this is your home. For us, Boca Arbor Club is one of the best places to live in Boca Raton.
