ARIUM Boca Raton

I’ve lived here since August of 2020 and I love it here. The apartments are well kept for a complex and the staff in the leasing office is absolutely amazing and helpful. Deidre and the staff go out of their way to make sure your needs are met and you are happy. There does need to be some work with landscaping in certain areas and things like the car wash thing need to be fixed. But overall I have absolutely loved my experience at arium. The apartments are beautiful for the price and the patios are huge and spacious. I recommend Arium to any college student! It’s right across the street Form everything. Arium is definitely a great place to call home!

Sandra and the Arium Boca Raton community were great! Highly recommend. Great location with great amenities. Never had a problem the 2+ years living there.

Bobby and Roger took care of all our maintenance needs for the months of October and November in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. We appreciated the excellent service. Thank you, guys.

OK…i have lived in this community for over 6 years, my wife & I have seen 3 ownership changes…..
Arium is the best property management & Sandra is AMAZING. Sandra & her team are easy to talk to, are very personable & do there best to work with you & make you comfortable/happy…..Jose & the rest of maintenence work hard to resolve any issues & are genuinely friendly good people…..
The staff over all are professional & yet personable, not just business as usual…..you can see they work hard & the Covid situation last few months has taken a toll & still they always satisfy, it has not been easy for anyone….Totally recommend this community to ANYONE, location is great, grounds are great, management & the team are great
