Terrible customer service!! My son placed an order for men’s large jacket through his school and was sent a women’ s large. I spoke to Jake he said I can exchange it, but I decided to keep it. He said he would have a men’s large ready in a week and would let me know when I could pick up or mail to me. I have not heard from anyone!
