Etiquette Boutique

The young lady that was working at this location needs serious training on customer service. I have been to the Fort Lauderdale location, the girls there were sweet and attentive. I was barely greeted upon entering nor was I asked if I need help finding anything. I felt extremely unwelcomed there so I proceeded to leave. I politely said thank you as I was leaving, the young lady looked at me and didn’t respond. I will spend my money elsewhere!

Love this store. The store is very organized and have a larger selection of clothes, shoes, accessories, and more. Definitely need to keep this store in mind.

Unfortunately there is no 0/5 star option because this boutique doesn’t deserve any stars at all. I was appalled by the kind of awful service I received or shall I say didn’t receive at this boutique. My mother and I walked into the store with smilng faces ready to buy somethings we saw in the window, but unfortunately we didn’t do so due to the fact that we were not at all greeted or even acknowledged upon entering the store and even after browsing for 10 mins still no one approached us to ask if we needed anything nor did they smile or say hello to us. This kind of service is ridiculous and very unfortunate because due to the lack of customer service i didn’t but a single thing because i was absolutely disgusted with the service i received. Both my mother and I work in the customer service industry and we would never treat our customers this way. I would never recommend someone to shop here, don’t waste your time, energy or money even going there.
