Great clothes and sometimes they have good sales

Bad business practices.
I ordered two pair of shorts a month ago after seeing an add on social media. A month later I have not received my shipment. Yesterday, I got a charge for $49.95 for a reoccurring “VIP” club.
Apparently, they automatically enroll you with a monthly charge with auto pay. I am not new to ordering online. They definitely hid the fact that it is a monthly fee.
When I called to cancel, the representative refunded my fee but asked me to call back at a later time to cancel the membership. This was after being in a queue 15 callers deep.

I’d love to share a review of the leggings if only I could order them. The website is brutal for those who want to checkout as a guest and not a member. When you checkout as a guest, they still require a password and even after adding one, getting an conflict and changing it, I continue to get error messages about user name or password. If you try live chat, its anything but live; they initiate a chat and then end the chat with zero communication. Not sure the juice is worth the squeeze here. Would suggest they scrutinize their website for the experience they provide for those who don’t want to be a member.

1. Placed an order on line 16 days ago and never received. My package was split shipped, one was lost and the other according to tracking info was with the carrier for over a week then sent back to company. Now of course all items are no longer available, and I have to scramble to find replacement gifts. Customer Service saying, I have to wait for refund for an item I haven’t received while they file a claim with the shipper. Just wasted an hour trying to handle with NO offer to help get out other items or to expedite a shipment. One package lost a fluke, but two packages from the same order having issues??? Big mistake not using reputable shippers like USPS, Fedex, UPS or DHL during the holiday season…. 2. Items frequently no longer available, have had this problem a few times where I’ve tried to exchange part of an outfit because size ran small and did not fit. So then they issue store credits to your account, which BEWARE you CAN NOT use with any sale promotions they offer. You will be charged full price for any items until you use the store credit. Found that out the hard way! 3. In addition, surprise tariff fees are directly charged to the customer when placing order in addition to your local taxes, but only shown on the last part of checkout. Blink and you might miss. I was a member but have come to the realization this is sooo not worth the effort or aggravation. Very disappointed with service. My membership has now been cancelled!

I really really love their clothes. They are nice and slimming, squat proof and jeep you tucked in. The biggest complaint I have is with the membership. Why can’t I use my member credit on sale items. Seems a little backhanded to me. I’ve been a member for over a year now and was just not able to combine my credit with the cyber Monday sale items, the sale actually made it less expensive than the application of my credit. I will be canceling now, was a member of their fabkids too, cancel.
