Horrible ordering experience… took an insanely long time to get my products… when they arrived… products were missing… trash customer service department… closing in on a month since I told them products were missing and I still haven’t received a response or money back, or my products….

This company essentially stole from me and is doing nothing about It.

I would never recommend them to anyone.

Wow what a shame such a great product. Customer service is the worst that I’ve dealt with in years. I can’t believe that such a great product line cannot ship their products in a simple manner. Also if you so happen to have lost, miss delivered or have had a package stolen red con is going to ask you to file multiple claims in return taking months in return taking months to be able to get a reply and at the end of the whole process you never get your products genius!!!!! Last time I ever buy something from this brand

I’ve ordered some hoodies and did next day air shipping. Now when you’re doing next day air; you’re expecting the next business day. Hence why you’re paying all that extra cash for it. I ordered online on Thursday night. Which means they probably won’t see the order till Friday and will have it ship Friday to get to me by Monday. I did not receive it on time. And it’ll be almost a week till I even see anything about shipping. So, if you’re going to order something; just pick regular shipping. It’s almost the same as next day air. I also called customer service and she was a completely useless and offer no help whatsoever.

great company as far as products. have a lot of great options for almost all your goals. a little pricey but usually almost always has deals going on. customer service needs work. never get a response through their live support chat and hardly ever answer their phone. 1 star for customer service but giving a 4 star all around because their products are great.
