Victor is really easy to communicate with. He answers his phone and texts and is clear about scheduling including confirmation on the day of. He showed up on the earlier side of the time slot, which was really nice! He’s fixed my fridge twice now, two different problems, both times giving me options and explaining everything going on.

My repairman was very thorough. He spent quality time on my dryer. I appreciate the time and effort he took to correct the problem. I would give him a 5 Star rating… hoping that is the highest because I would certainly have him return to do any other appliance work that needs fixing. Great service ! Thank you Victor !
