I’m really late with this review for which I apologize for now. My stove’s electric starter went bust, Andy came out on Friday and diagnosed the problem immediately, like seriously within a half hour of me calling him. Explained that there might be an issue because of the holiday but said he would try to come back on the next day. Called and said there was nothing available but he would be there at 12 on Monday. He was. Nice guy and very reliable. Highly highly recommend him!

We had an issue with our years-old KitchenAid dishwasher where the draining motor would not shut off, and water dripping was forming puddles in our kitchen. My husband did what most do-it-yourselfers do and after pulling out the dishwasher, checked out YouTube! Unfortunately, this was one problem that she could not resolve. After searching on google for appliance repairs, KitchenAid Appliance Repair was local, had multiple 5-star reviews, and I used Yelp’s messaging to contact the business along with making a call.
Alex returned the message back with an approximate price very quickly, but then also called. I explained the issue and we came up with a day and time for him to come and diagnose the problem. He said that if he can fix it, the price for the visit will be included in the fix price.
Alex came on time, and was able to diagnose the broken part within a few seconds. But, he did not have the part in the truck and would have to order it. He did and again came back when he said he would a couple of days later and fixed the dishwasher in under a half hour.
The total price of $135 which included the initial visit, part, and installation I thought was very reasonable.
Have again saved the day by helping me guide my decision as to who to use for appliance repairs. Alex was courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We’d use his services again if necessary. You should, too.

I have used KitchenAid Appliance Repair for years as my various older and newer appliances have come up here and there for repairs. Before I found KitchenAid Appliance Repair I used various vendors, looking for a good match and there is just not a more sincere, fair person out there, that I have found. He has not only repaired my items to my satisfaction but on more than one occasion has talked me through simple repairs over the phone and showed me how to do a simply fix on my own. He also has a network of people that he can offer about other home improvement items, like when I got a new dishwasher and needed plumbing work, he found me a very good, reasonable plumber (hard to find). He is good and prices are reasonable and fair.

I don’t usually write reviews for repairmen but was extremely impressed with the professional and efficient service that Collins provided in replacing our icemaker. He returned my call and was able to come the same day. Quickly diagnosing the problem over the phone, he came prepared with the correct part and installed in less than 30 minutes. And with a smile . . . the other repair company I called was not as friendly on the phone nor as eager to help. I will definitely call KitchenAid Appliance Repair for future appliance repairs.

I agree, this is a very good company. Very professional and courteous. The service tech (Claudio) was a true gentleman – he quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with our freezer. The rates are very reasonable and they’re very prompt. I will definitely call them for any other appliance repairs.
