BEWARE OF ASHLEY’S!!!! I purchased a section in January and was scheduled for delivery 02/14/21. I never heard from any associates regarding my delivery so i decided to call Customer Service. Not to mention i could’t get through for hours and received a call back hours later after my initial call. I spoke to an agent and was informed my delivery will not be 02/14 and my sectional was on back order and it would now be delivered on 03/14/21. I asked why wasn’t i informed of this or given an option to come pick something else out that would be available quicker. I was told I don’t know. Guess what? The representative DID Not care. She did not try to come up with a resolution. I had to go into the store to find out why i wasn’t informed my couch was on back order. I was then told my saleslady quit! I was so frustrated. I accepted the delivery for 03/14 with an adjustment to my delivery charge. Last night a receive a text my shipment is in final stage of preparation and would be delivered today. I was EXCITED! To mu surprise i was delivered a partial couch. The other half still on back order. Again no phone call, no communication if i even wanted a half a couch delivered. Horrible service, Horrible communication. BEWARE!!!!

My experience at this location was awesome. The sales representative Christine and Chris the GM exceeded expectations. Christine was very patient even when we started to fill overwhelmed. She was fun, funny, and very easy to get along with. She respected the fact that we was on a budget and worked with us. Even stayed past her scheduled shift to make sure that all our need was fulfilled. No complaints on this end.

Tracey did an amazing job. She understood her inventory showed me several options and completed the order in a timely and efficient manner. She was knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate doing business with professional like this.I reached out to Tracey in the r day of the delivery to confirm the time. She went out of her way to provide me the information quickly.

Joshua was my sales rep. I am in car sales so I understood what it’s like to be on both sides of a transaction. Myself and Josh found common ground, found what I liked and moved at my pace. We looked at a bunch of pieces but he kept track of all. Walked in to see what they had, found something I liked, it was on sale and I bought. Easy, quick. (For management) Joshua is the man. That boca location is lucky to have him. Thanks Josh!

Great service! Went looking for a sectional and the greeters were super nice. We worked with Jefferson, and he was very pleasant, helpful and super fast service. Amazing customer service! Will definitely be back.
