I came here today to Boca Mall looking for a day out with my kids. This was my first time at Boca Mall with my kids and I . Little did I know I would end up in the T-Mobile store to get the best service ever . My screen cracked on the iPhone 8 Plus and it’s been giving trouble . There was a wait but I’m glad I needed up with the T-Mobile agent I ended up with . Rochelle S was so helpful and went above and beyond to get me the assistance I needed . She was professional and treated my kids and I amazingly. She made the wait worth and second . Definitely glad to be apart of T-Mobile even more . Super Joyful with the new phone and service I received today .

I’ve been to multiple T-mobiles and have never experienced such great customer service as I did at this location. Thank you Zachary for the awesome experience and for answering all of my questions and concerns. He is definitely the go-to guy!

This review is for the new T-Mobile store in the mall, not for the old kiosk which the old bad reviews are for. I’ve actually never written a review before but my experience was so good I had to write one. I’ve been with TMobile for over 4 years and every time I have to go into a store it is always so painful:( I wanted to upgrade an iPhone for my daughter for a Xmas gift so I passed by this store in the mall and went in. I was greeted by Rochelle who was so genuinely nice and spoke with her for about 10 minutes about what I wanted. She was honest, smart and so professional. I wasn’t ready that day to make a decision but came back a few days later and made an appt with Rochelle. We did the upgrade, it was so quick, she actually saved me money by pointing out some things that needed to be addressed on my plan. This girl should be running TMobile, give her a huge raise and a promotion. If you are thinking of switching cell service or need anything new at TMobile, make an appt with Rochelle!!!

Rochelle was amazing, helpful, energetic and supportive. She help us a lot switching the line to T-mobile, we highly recommend her if you need any service at that store.

She explains things to the T. She is super professional and realistic. She helps you for your needs and hooks you up. Totally recommend her!
