My love for martial arts all started at xf martial arts. For the past eight years Vince has been an amazing coach and mentor. I consider this place my second home. He treats everyone like family and has created an atmosphere where everyone is welcomed. It’s a great place for adults and kids to learn martial arts and self defense!

Sensei Vince Cohen is amazing. Besides being extremely proficient in martial arts, he is a wonderful teacher. His patience with youngsters and his dedication to all his students is limitless. I highly recommend XF Martial Arts to everyone from beginners to black belts.

This martial arts studio is great! Sensei Cohen is a master at this art, and his teaching methods are fun and effective! He is amazing with the kids and teaches them patience, discipline, and overall self-defense. After discovering this place, I would never take my kid anywhere else. Oh, and there are adult fitness classes available as well!
