I called to inquire about getting a quote for my car. It was wrecked due to me hitting the meridian on the interstate avoiding someone coming into my lane and wrecking. I called and spoke with James. He was very professional and courteous enough to hear what happened and give me some information. Being this was my first incident like that I was very nervous, don’t know anything regarding if insurance will cover etc. James was very informative and definitely knows his stuff. Being a woman sometimes it’s sketchy but James made me feel comfortable and was brutally honest which helped me feel relieved about my situation. Being that my family has lots of vehicles, I will definitely be using his company god forbid any other vehicles have damage. He was so honest he recommended I use my insurance company and explained how they should work. Thank you so much James! You helped ease the mind of a single mom who was a nervous wreck about the damage to her car. I will definitely be telling others about you. God Bless.

This guy def knows what he’s doing. My back rear bumper/body had a dent and was scratched. For a super reasonable price he made it totally presentable. He came to my job and did the work there in under an hour and I was honestly impressed for what he charged. Very good work would definitely call him again if something like that happens in the future.

I hit a cement pole at a gas station and did a number on both passenger doors. James got back to me quickly with a reasonable quote and popped the dent out. I was happy with the results but he said he could repair it to the point of looking brand new and gave me an extremely reasonable price. I’m used to being taken advantage of by auto repair places due to being a woman, but James was straight forward and honest and made me very comfortable when deciding to use his services. (Especially since several other places said I’d need to go to an auto body shop). While I waited he made me feel very comfortable and welcome. All around an amazing repair and even more amazing service. I cannot recommend him enough! Thank you James!
