USAA referred me to this shop. The people were pleasant and courteous. The work looks good. The price was a bit steep, even though my insurance paid it I believe it was high.

Small fender bender. Still entailed much work. Car looks perfect. Staff was courteous , responsive and professional.

Wow! This place is amazing. Liberty Mutual sent me here for repairs after a car accident and I’m so glad they did! First impression as I walk in was a clean, nice place and the woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and inviting! Then went over the repairs with the gentleman that works there (I can’t recall his name unfortunately) but he did a thorough job explaining what needed to be done! From there on out it was easier than I can imagine. I received texts throughout the entire process which was extremely convenient because I didn’t have to call once for an update! Now for the reveal…it was better than I can imagine. My car looked brand spanking new! Not just the repairs! The paint job was beautifully done and my car was cleaned from the inside out. It was actually impressive how clean they got my car because i had dog hair everywhere. I hadn’t seen my car that clean since I bought it! So I highly recommend Caliber Collision on 2nd Ave. I give it a 10 out of 10!!
