I left my battery there they told me to call 35 min after so I did the first time I call the guy left me on hold for 30 min so I called back the girl answer I informed her I was on hold already she said I haven’t been here for 30 min with out me responding she put me on hold again there is no customer service in that location very RUDE!!!!!!!

Needed a gas cap for a Jeep liberty they had in stock, great salesperson

Don’t go to this store. The GM will not back his own warranties, and has bad customer service skills. They installed a battery for me, broke a 5.00 terminal connector and wouldn’t fix it, look at it, or order a replacement part.
I did call corporate and they helped me. I do not think this problem is systemic.

Quick assistance and they’re following social distancing guidelines.

5 stars for a manager dealing with me and explain the store policy. However, this store does not have same policy as the corporat. I would not shop at this store for that reason, they don’t do limited life time warranty returns.
