Delray Honda always treats me like I am the only customer they have and they treat everyone this way. They are very professional and courteous. In particular, Jeff Hernandez could and should be the STANDARD for fabulous customer service.
However, my car is now out of warranty. I chose to buy private label tires from an independent locally owned business. Supporting local business is important to me. After the alignment w was completed, their computer showed a message directly from Honda that the Sensor Steering Angle needed to be reset by Honda, so I had to bring my car back into the dealership for service. I will also say that in trying to fix this, some of the other computer sensors were knocked off line. When I brought the car in, I got my EXCEPTIONAL service. However, I thought the price for the fix was a little high. Though I understood, I was also disappointed that Honda will no longer provide a car wash to it’s customers.

Franky, the entire management and finance team did such a great job. They made the process so seamless and quick for me. They had everything ready to go as soon as I got there. I got the best APR possible which I didn’t even think I could get such a great APR. They were wonderful with communicating with me and responding rapidly. I felt as if I was treated like FAMILY The car is beautiful the service was excellent the people are great Mr. Goodrich in finance was a pleasure to work with. I couldn’t have asked for more.
