For the price they charged for a simple heel repair. $13.00 when the shoe itself was $30.00 on Amazon. 100% not worth it. The place I usually go to was closed and they only charge $4.00 for that repair. I don’t recommend going here unless you like being ripped off.

I have had heel repairs and soles replaced on my favorite shoes and have also had designer bags brought back to life here but, today, I brought in, of all things, a TEMPURPEDIC mattress cover with a broken zipper. It’s two parts – a top and bottom – connected by a zipper. Well they took the time to check it out right away. They spread the whole thing out and found the problem. It wasn’t broken after all but I was so impressed with all the time they took to help me!! And they didn’t even charge for their time. They are all very nice, professional and they do things right. This is a hidden gem – don’t hesitate to entrust them with whatever you need – they are the best!! M. A. Boca Raton
