A bit before covid started, a group of 10 of us had to argue with the owner to be allowed in since we aren’t their target demographic. Once we got in, the owner didn’t allow us to buy a bottle service until the bartender convinced him otherwise. Haven’t been back since. You can’t make this isht up…

i had been bugging my bf at the time for us to head here after hearing about it on check please bay area. so one saturday he picked me up from work and we headed over. parking was a little difficult but we arrived at the restaurant and there were a few open tables.

called about renting a night, once joe was challenged on the ridicules 2500 charge…he went on the offensive and started yelling at me..lol please dont waste your time there!!!

Wanted to listen and dance to disco music! Sound system horrific, drinks so so and attitude or vibe of the place leaves a lot to be desired. Place in dire need of an overhaul

We celebrated a birthday, at Platforms, recently. Our entire group were mid fifties to seventy. We had a terrific night. There were many thirty somethings among the 150 folks. The club hold 300.

The club is great fun. It’s a $10.00 cover, no minimum. The drinks are delicious and fairly priced. We had Cokes, juices, cocktails, mocktails, and beers.
The bartenders are delightful. Hats off to their bar back; he never stopped moving.

The decor is great fun. The music is 70’s, 80’s, and some 90’s. The sound system is outstanding. There’s a disco ball above their lighted dance floor.

Here’s the real fun: all the songs are the original Music Videos shown all over the club in glorious SD. Platforms DJ knows how to keep the dance floor moving. He’s very good! We danced a lot.

It’s East Boca Raton, between Mizner and Royal Palm Plaza. Open Friday and Saturday 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM

As for the four stars: we felt that the restrooms needed more attention. That’s an easy fix. We’re back in two weeks for another event. Cheers Platforms. Such fun.
