Jake is OUTSTANDING!!! I have not had as great customer service with any business as I have had with Jake. My wife is a Nurse Practitioner and noted that Jakes’ demeanor and caring shines and she wishes those in healthcare were as competent, caring, and professional.

There is no doubt that changing over to a new Broker, clearing house and platform setup can be a challenging experience. With a lot of questions, and concerns along the way. Jake absolutely from start to finish answered every question and concern I had, Emails are answered within minutes , calls are scheduled ASAP as needed . 100% Professional and courteous which leaves you with the feeling that your being taken care of and in the best of hands. Optimus is great to trade futures with. Their customer service is probably the best in the industry. I had several calls with them during the set up process and they were always immediately helpful and responsive. The got me up and running very quickly. Great broker!!!

Signing with a new brokerage can feel uneasy sometimes but he secured my decision by answering all my questions in addition to choosing the right platform with data options that best suited my interests.
