Budget Car Rental

Fun vacation spoiled by an extremely rude employee at Budget Miami Airport.

Payed for minivan online at Budget.com had reservation set. The lady at the counter had a power trip about me using a debit card for the incidental charge. This was never an issue in the past 6 years being a Fast Break member and renting many times.

Payed more for Budget over other cheaper options to avoid these issues.

Tried to page a manager and couldn’t get a hold of him. Waited 10 min without any success.

Budget employee decided it was ok for a group of 6 with kids to drive off in a 5 passanger small suv.

We were tired from a long trip, it was late at night and we just wanted to get to the hotel…

Next morning called customer service and wasted another 20 min of my vacation time trying to work out a solution with customer service.

Agreed to swap out my small suv to a minivan. The counter agent at Boca location was just as bad to deal with.

Walked around and found some minor scratches, that were there before. I rented at night in a parking lot at MIA parking lot. After she made me fill out an accident report. I was on my way.

What a nightmare, would expect this from small shady rental agency not Budget… disappointed to say the least avoid MIA and Boca locations..

Hard to find in an odd location near center of Boca.

Budget charges an undisclosed 10 per cent fee for this location; this might be reasonable at an airport but is ridiculous off airport. They charge 6 per cent at a mall in Broward.

Absolutely atrocious place. Poor customer service and most importantly did not fully explain the full print to me. Want me to pay an unreasonable amount on a claim.

I have rented several vehicles from this location and even though I live two cities away, it is the only location I prefer. Hanna is always pleasant, professional and so quick to get me in and out. She has an awesome personality. Recently I was left without a car of my own which was stressful in itself but they worked with me every time I made a reservation. I had one interaction with the owner, Mr. Kadzinski, and he too was professional and kind and made sure I was taken care of. I will only be using this location in the future and highly recommend it to anyone.

Great rental location! Honored a lower rate to continue the extension than the new rate online! Highly recommend 6/5!!
