We have been loyal customers for years and always had great service at this particular branch in Boca Raton.
Today we had the most upsetting experience.
We had a booking through “Auto Europe” for a compact car but the receptionist Kevin Freedman

( I found his name on Google reviews, as he refused to give me his full name together with some very bad reviews about him personally.
Looks like we are not the first people having been thrown out of the branch )

told us, that the car “Auto Europe” had booked was a “Honda Jazz” and as they don’t have this brand in America he can’t honour the contract and we should sort it out with them.
I tried to explain that I had booked a compact car and didn’t mind which brand it was but he insisted that because they had specified a brand he couldn’t give us any car.
I asked Kevin if he could please look up the Telephone number for Auto Europe as I had no internet connection on my phone but he refused to help me, implying that had I booked through Alamo he would have helped but under the circumstances he wouldn’t!
When we asked as to why he was so unhelpful, he said ” I am not digging your attitude”
To which I replied ” what does that mean?” as I didn’t quite understand the “digging” word.
Whereupon he told us to leave and not come back.
My partner who is 79, I am 72 asked if he could at least call us a taxi as we were a good 45 minute walk away, he refused and we did have to walk back.
On our return to the hotel, I called Auto Europe and a customer service adviser called Joao Silva was most helpful and friendly and arranged for a car through a different company. Auto Europe also told me, that as I had booked a compact car, there should not have been a problem!

I had the pleasure of Eddie helping me out when I rented my truck yesterday. I have to say he was amazing. Super friendly, answered all my questions, and helped me huge with an overall great experience. I really appreciate everything you did to help me out Eddie, I wish I could give more stars!

Centrally located in Boca with service that was fast and friendly. The guy that helped me, Kevin, was terrific and answered all of my questions. The pick-up I rented is awesome! I recently rented a car at the airport from another car rental company and had to try 4 cars because they all smelled terribly. Not at this Alamo! The truck is super clean. And they had the best deal around!

Best value I have found in Boca. The staff is always friendly and cars are always well tended to. Something vehicle selection is limited but the staff is always accommodating, providing choices and options that have always been amenable. I tried other local shops only to be disappointed. So they are my one stop shop now.

I am taking the time to write a review because unfortunately great service is not always recognized. I’ve rented quite a few cars from this particular location, and no matter who is assisting you, I receive the same friendly, courteous service every single time. The staff is simply amazing! Great rental rates on a great selection of cars. Keep up the good work!
