I can’t say enough good things about Avi Ballaish and CEK Caterers. Avi is one of the nicest people you can meet. He his always calm, and accommodating and just a true gentleman which is very rare in his industry. He delivered, and I have had countless people tell me that it was the best kosher wedding food they have ever had, and how excellent it was. The presentation was also top notch. He not only handled a large Palm Beach wedding, he also took care of Shabbat Dinner, Shabbat Lunch, and a Monday brunch. I have nothing but great things to say, and I am a very tough critic. If you live in South Florida and are looking for a kosher caterer, there should be zero question in your mind about who to work with. Avi coordinated and executed our wedding catering beautifully! The food was amazing and Avi was professional and generous with his time and efforts.
