La Petite Academy of Deerfield Bch

My daughter attended this daycare from infant to VPK so that right there tells you how much we loved La Petite DFB. She loved her school, her teachers, her friends so much. We felt she was well taken care of, comfortable, safe, and best of all, learning through play and interactive teaching!

The teacher-child ratio is a disaster if you go visit the facility unexpectedly. The front desk ‘director’ will most likely send a ‘floater’ to the classroom that you are visiting, but do not think that your child will be well taken care of.

Hygiene, or lack of thereof, is a big issue. The ‘teachers’ use the same protective gloves to change each child in the classroom, poop or pee.

Lack of smart toys and total chaos in the classroom. In such conditions children will not have a good academic experience, just exchanging germs while the poor teachers are trying to keep up with movement between the classroom and the outside.

My daughter started going to La Petite at 2 months of age and she absolutely loved it! The teachers were excellent, the directors were terrific, and she always seemed happy to be there! They send updates throughout the day on the app as well as pictures, which always made me feel involved in her day even though I was at work. We moved out of state for a job transfer, and have not been able to find a daycare nearly as good as this one! Isabela in the infant room was truly amazing and we wish we could have taken her with us!!!

My 6 month old recently started there and he absolutely loves it! Teachers are amazing and take great interest in him and his learning. I love the constant updates and photos I receive throughout the day on the app. We absolutely love it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great school!
