Over the course of my life I’ve had the opportunity to work with an array of healthcare professionals with respect to sports injuries due to the nature of my extremely active lifestyle. I’ve torn, bruised, and sprained many muscles, suffered bulging discs, and have experienced recurring tendinitis over the years. I’ve sought a multitude of opinions and religiously followed drastically different prescribed therapies over the past eleven years, none being nearly as effective as Dr. Groman’s prescribed regimens and therapies. Dr. Groman’s successes with me have resulted from a synergistic approach of strategic lifestyle recommendations to a wide spectrum of effective rehabilitation therapies. I have been administered cold laser therapy, electric stimulation therapy, cervical traction therapy, massage therapy, manual structural adjustments, and even auriculotherapy which has greatly improved what I like to call my “borderline insomnia”. Dr. Groman’s approach to wellness and healing is a total approach, which focuses to maximize the greater health of the patient as a whole. She treats the source of an ailment and works to correct them with extremely effective drug free methods, rather than treat symptoms. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Groman and her pleasant staff. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a professional in her various fields of healthcare.

Dr Jane Groman and her staff took the time to listen and designed a custom program for me. The day I went my pain level was at 9 out of 10 pint system. Dr Groman took more time with me than any medical or chiropractor ever has and I have been to a lot of them over the last 10 years. When I left the pain level was around 4 which was manageable and i got a good night sleep and could function at work the next day. But within the next 2 visits I felt better than I had in years.
