Boca Raton VA Clinic

It’s not a clinic really. You can’t go there on a walk in. Basically a place that does your annual exam. Need anything else your better off going to the V.A. hospital in West Palm. Looking at the staffing , their equipment, phone systems, they do not even have ability for X-Rays or many BASIC things a CLINIC should have.
I give 2 Stars because the staff seems to do the best they can with such little resources. Other clinics are way more financially supported and better services. Commercial Blvd. clinic is much better but attached to Miami V.A. system.

Would give a negative if possible. VA refused to continue my wife’s proven successful long term care from her other VA for her deployment injury. Clinic seems to think veterans and other VA doctor’s do not matter. Rude and condescending. Never answer the phones. Will pickup and intentionally hang up on you hoping you do not call back. This is NOT how veterans should be treated.

The worst VA clinic I have ever attended. Rude, inconsiderate, lack of sensitivity and consideration. Above all, highly disorganized and totally confused about the check in process subjected to veterans. Stay away from this clinic at all costs, if possible.

Great clinic – Phones are usually busy in the AM – I have found that best time to call for information or appointments is mid-afternoon, but that could just be me. Staff is friendly and helpful as is the doctor.

The staff is excellent. The team of nurses are very efficient and compassionate.
Dr. Levine was very knowledgeable and respectful. This was my 3rd visit, and I would say this is one of the best medical facilities in the country. I am so very thankful for the care they provide.
