I’ve visited this facility several times and the care provided is great. However, dealing with insurance and billing has been problematic for months. It’s not on my insurance end, I can’t get anyone there to tell me the issue or return a call.

The wait time for walk-in was ridiculously long. Me and my partner waited 2 hours for her wrist to be checked out. Two people came in 1 1/2 hours after her, and they were taken in before her. This place seems to not care about anyone and their needs. The people at the front desk are so monotoned and rude. I would give this place 0 stars if I had the chance. I will never come back here again. I understand there is covid going around, but apparently if you are married to someone, you can’t go back there at all with them.

Went there with what could have been an emergency infection issue – and I wasn’t sure if I should go there or the ER, since I don’t have insurance.
They were extremely kind and friendly and were able to give me help (antibiotic shot). The nurse Linda was super friendly and caring. I was relieved to receive good care and kindness, this is what you really need when you are facing a difficult situation. Im grateful for their help.

Awful urgent care center. Poorly run. We made an appointment and still sat for hours. They quickly take your copay, tell you repeatedly that you are next to be seen, and others are called in before you. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Tender, Quality Nursing & Office Staff.
My young teenage daughter twisted her ankle and needed her annual school physical at the same. However, she has a phobia of shots, doctors & doctor offices. We used the website to schedule/pre-check in to MD Now, which I really liked. Upon arriving the receptionist did an expedite job of getting my daughter checked-in. I explained my daughter’s fear and the receptionist said we could wait in the car and that she would call us when it was her time to begin the appointment. Once we began our appointment, the nurse did a nice job of explaining to my daughter what he was doing and he had a soothing demeanor. After my daughter had her x-ray, the new nurse (nurses switched at the x-ray point) found a room closer to the x-ray room to alleviate my daughter from having to walk/hop far. She too did an excellent job of explaining the x-ray process and soothing my daughter.

Once we completed the exam, the office staff/receptionist walked us through the procedures to procure our required immunization records and ensured us it would be completed by the end of day; which it was and we received the phone call that it was ready for pick-up.

My only minor critique would be with the doctor and thus why I provided 4/5 stars. After he determined that the ankle was sprained, he proceeded with the physical. He asked my daughter to complete several bends as part of the physical which required her to use her bad ankle . I understand what he was checking for but she was not able to put support on her ankle to perform the task fully and when he asked if she was okay I had to remind him that he had just diagnosed her with a sprained ankle thus why she wasn’t able to complete the task to perfection. The only good thing that came out of it was my daughter, who had been in tears for most of the appointment, began to laugh once he left the room.

Overall, I would recommend MD Now. My daughter went in quietly sobbing with fear and left feeling calm with her new crutches.
