SA Company

This company is a complete shambles, placed order 7 December, order tracking number sent 10 December, since then the customer service kept kn saying it’s on it’s way and wait for a week. Nothing arrived, got in contact again they then gave me a completely different tracking number. This one still didn’t arrive. Got onto the a month after my order was placed, they said it was delivered. Got onto the site to check with an other tracking number, stated delivered to a completely different person. Got back onto customer services, they said that was not my tracking number and gave me the original number which stated it was still in Florida. Have to wait till 25 January to see if my order will turn up…..Doubt it ever will……but you can always hope……

I should have read the reviews before making my decision to purchase from SA Company. It appears my shipment issue is common. Poor form SA Company. You’ve taken my money. Where is my order? Tried contacting and no reply.
