Be-Friend Boutique

Bad quality. Overpriced. I bought something that got torn on the second time I put it.
Then the store didnt accept return or exchange because I wore it even only twice.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I would never go back. So disappointed.

Bought 3 face masks here for less than what 1 would cost in other stores.
The sales woman was very helpful and engaging. I look forward to returning to the store to check out other items.

This Asian lady kick us out of the boutique to me and my friend. When I was ready to make a purchase at 9:47. The door was unlocked but she claimed the store opens at 10 am. Why she would have the store unlocked then??? We decided to go somewhere else. She was very rude. I won’t come back

Felt very unwelcome here. The woman working followed me closely around the store, and asked to see my ID before I purchased a $50 dress. She did not do this to anyone else. Unfortunate because I live close by in boca and would have gone back since the clothes were so cheap. I go to brunch every weekend in the complex this store is in, but I would rather to give my business to a place where I am not treated this way. Not sure if it was because I’m young, or my tattoos, or what, but it’s still unacceptable. Tried explaining the dress was for a book launch I am going to in Miami…but the woman was too busy judging me to hear the type of events I was looking for outfits for. I politely tried to engage her in conversation asking what time they were open until, etc. Doesn’t matter now, since I won’t be back.

Everytime I go to shop here I find something that suits my curvy body type at affordable prices. I absolutely love this store. So unique and so many options always!
