Genesis Community Health- Dental Boca Raton

Horrible staff. They never answer the phone. All voicemail boxes are full. The 1 time I was able to talk to a live person, he immediately put me on hold for over 30 minutes before the automatically hung up on me. Overall, they do not instill confidence & make me think they are incompetent.

Terrible customer service, I have an emergency and was told their is no appointment for months. Mind you, I waited also for a week to get a hold of the Boca office, they weren’t even concerned one bit about the fact that the filling they did is the reason for my pain, yet they can’t accommodate me. Stay away if possible!!

Some of the doctors are very nice but one of them just took out her anger on my front teeth.
I wish I can share my x-ray in here.
The office staff are horrible and disrespectful.
If I’ll provide the same service with the same attitude I’ll be unemployed.

Friendly staff and very nice doctors. I am always treated respectfully, professionally and in a down to earth manner! I recommended many people to go to this location AND I have yet to hear anything negative! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Absolutely LOVE this dental office. I don’t feel like they are trying to rip me off. The dentist is honest and explains everything to you. They do there best to make every procedure painless as possible. Thank you for everything 🙂
